Aoe3 Failed To Join Game

Aoe3 Failed To Join Game Diablo 2
This problem has been bugging me the past 2 days. I'm trying to play MP with my friends over ESO and it just won't work. When i try to join games i get the error 'failed to join game'. But the weird thing is that i can join 10% of games. Halo wars free download. I can join that 1 in 10 game for some reason. Also when i host games other people can join me. Another thing is everytime i verify integrity of game cache on steam, I always get 1 file that fails to validate. I've tried portforwarding but it doesn't seem to work and none of my 3 friends have had to do it and it works fine for them.
So really i'm just lost and could really use some help.
