Im a new streamer and i cant figure out how to use my mic and play music / game sounds at the same time
(btw i have my stream paused)
There is two inputs that i can see on obs audio desktop audio device and microphone/aux audio device.
When i use my stereo mix with microphone/aux audio device
My viewers can hear my music and game sounds but my mic doesnt work.
when i use my microphone as my input they can hear my voice but cant hear my music or game sounds they can just hear it echoing through my mic.
How do i get/use two inputs so i can use my mic and have my game sounds / music still streaming through my sound card.
I see tons of streamers using obs that have music playing with no echos and there mic works.
Thank you.
Title. Not going to do it in competitive but I just want to do it in my group when we're queuing up for a game for fun. I'm using laptop if that matters.
Thanks.

Put your mic next to your speakers...? Just saying though most people don't want to hear that so unless they're your friends I wouldn't recommend doing that, ever.
I once played with someone playing midi tunes with a keyboard in Team voice, actually it wasn't that bad.

Voicemeeter.
I use it normally because of !@#$ty games that wont switch audio output wile they are running. But you can make it loopback things into the mic channel.
'Free' and requires no extra hardware.
If it's with your friends, by all means, go ahead.
But don't do this in public chat. It's extremely annoying/rude and it's a fast way to get you muted.

Well, I did say that I'll do it in my group, basically with my friends to kill time while we're queuing.
Virtual Audio Cable is your answer.
But you can just go into a Discord server and make a bot play something for you.

If your laptop has an internal mic like mine (the stock ones are really, really bad) all you would need to do is play your music loud enough.
Change your overwatch audio recording device(microphone) to your speakers and then play anything through your speakers. Works with Steam calls so it should work for OW.
1. Get Discord
2. Make a server
3. Get your friends in the server
4. Add a music bot to said server
5. Join a voice channel with your friends and play music using the bot
